We are looking for a Compliance and Organization Officer who will professionalize our HR systems, ensure full compliance with Philippine labor law, and champion employee experience and operational excellence.

The Role:
The Compliance and Organization Officer will take full ownership of compliance. This role is responsible for developing policies, ensuring DOLE compliance, handling employee discipline, and managing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations and labor standards
  • Create and implement policies in line with Philippine labor laws
  • Maintain official employee records and compliance documentation
  • Prepare company processes for audits and government requirements
  • Oversee employment contracts, corrective actions, and employee files
  • Ensure proper implementation of termination procedures, including due process

Employee Relations & Discipline

  • Handle disciplinary actions in compliance with due process
  • Issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and Decision Letters
  • Manage conflict resolution and grievance handling
  • Support leadership in handling escalations professionally and legally

Policy Creation & Documentation

  • Draft and update the Employee Handbook
  • Maintain dispute and disciplinary records properly

Strategy & Leadership Support

  • Advise leadership on employment risks and employer responsibilities
  • Recommend policy improvements
  • Lead internal investigations when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Management
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and DOLE regulations
  • Experience handling employee discipline and documentation

Requirements:

  • Willing to work on a night shift (11 PM - 08 AM PH time)
