We are seeking a skilled Web Developer & System Designer to build and maintain a food delivery–style online platform where customers can place orders, contact support, and receive timely responses. Orders should be instantly forwarded to the correct store or merchant. This role requires expertise in automation, system integrations, web development, and UI/UX design.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain a customer-facing ordering platform that allows users to browse products/services and place orders.
- Implement real-time or automated customer support responses via chat, forms, or messaging integrations.
- Set up order-routing logic to ensure orders are immediately forwarded to the correct store or vendor.
- Optimize the platform for speed, mobile responsiveness, scalability, and reliability.
- Integrate analytics, notifications, dashboards, and tracking systems to monitor performance and orders.
- Create landing pages for promotions or campaigns.
- Design branding assets such as logos, tarpaulins, and promotional materials aligned with client branding.
- Ensure UI/UX design is clean, intuitive, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with the client to translate business workflows into digital solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web development and system design, especially in ordering systems, e-commerce platforms, or on-demand service websites.
- Proficiency in WordPress or comparable web frameworks, including page builders (Elementor, Divi) or custom development.
- Strong understanding of automation, integrations, and order management workflows.
- Experience with live chat, auto-replies, CRM, or order tracking tools.
- Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and attention to detail in designing user-friendly interfaces.
- Basic graphic design skills for logos, landing pages, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Requirements:
- Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
- Willing to work night shift (11 PM - 08 AM, Philippine Time)
