Job Description
We are currently hiring Sales & Cold Calling Virtual Assistants to support our international clients through outbound sales calls, lead generation, appointment setting, social media support, and administrative coordination.

This is a high-volume outbound calling role designed for individuals who are confident communicators, resilient, results-driven, and eager to build a long-term career in remote sales and client support.

You will play an important role in driving business growth by connecting with prospects, booking qualified appointments, maintaining accurate records, supporting outreach campaigns, and assisting with basic social media-related tasks.

We provide 10 days of paid training, including outbound sales strategies, objection handling, call simulations, workflow processes, and communication best practices. Certification is awarded upon successful completion.

Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting

  • Conduct 150–200 outbound cold calls daily
  • Engage prospects professionally and qualify leads
  • Schedule appointments between clients and potential customers
  • Follow call scripts while effectively handling objections
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets
  • Maintain consistent activity levels and performance metrics

Lead Generation, Social Media & Administrative Support

  • Build daily lead lists (minimum of 25 leads per day)
  • Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and basic content-related tasks
  • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate prospect records
  • Prepare daily activity reports and meeting summaries
  • Assist in organizing sales pipelines and tracking follow-ups
  • Support documentation, data entry, and campaign coordination
  • Participate in internal meetings and client coordination tasks

Training & Development

  • Complete all training modules, quizzes, and performance assessments
  • Actively participate in daily roleplays, mock calls, and coaching sessions
  • Apply feedback and continuously improve communication and sales skills

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales-focused call center roles
  • Strong English communication skills with confident phone presence
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet performance targets
  • Coachable, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Must be actively seeking full-time employment only
  • Willing to work Night Shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time)

Technical Requirements

  • Computer or laptop (Intel i5 or higher recommended)
  • Webcam/camera (required during training and meetings)
  • Wired noise-canceling headset
  • Stable wired internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
  • Dedicated, quiet home office setup suitable for professional calls
