Social Media Manager & Marketing will support clients in building strong digital brands through high-performing campaigns, engaging social content, and data-driven marketing strategies that generate measurable results.

The Role

The Social Media Manager & Marketing leads both organic and paid marketing efforts across social and search platforms. You will oversee campaign strategy, content execution, performance optimization, and creative direction to drive leads, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strategize, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Implement and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI, conversions, and cost-efficiency.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and provide performance reports to leadership.
  • Manage content calendars and publish engaging, brand-aligned social media content.
  • Create compelling ad creatives, captions, and visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate on A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, paid advertising, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad copywriting, and content strategy.
  • Creative eye for branding, graphics, and engaging content.

Requirements:

  • Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
  • Willing to work night shift (11 PM - 08 AM, Philippine Time)
