Go Hire Virtual is hiring a Sales Virtual Assistant who will be paired with one of our international clients.

In this role, you will primarily support the client’s sales efforts through outbound outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You will also assist with administrative coordination and light social media support to help maintain an organized and consistent sales process.

This is ideal for professionals who are confident communicators, organized, performance-driven, and comfortable supporting both sales and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers on behalf of the assigned client
  • Introduce services and qualify potential leads
  • Schedule appointments and consultations
  • Follow call guides while communicating naturally and professionally
  • Meet agreed performance and outreach expectations

Administrative & CRM Support

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes
  • Organize prospect lists and track follow-ups
  • Prepare simple daily activity reports
  • Support documentation and sales coordination tasks

Light Social Media Support

  • Assist with basic social media posting or scheduling when required
  • Support engagement or outreach activities aligned with sales campaigns

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or similar roles
  • Strong English communication skills with confident phone presence
  • Organized and comfortable handling CRM systems
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Comfortable balancing sales and administrative tasks
  • Available for full-time remote work
  • Willing to work 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time

Technical Requirements

  • Computer or laptop (Intel i5 or higher recommended)
  • Webcam/camera (required during training and meetings)
  • Wired noise-canceling headset
  • Stable wired internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
  • Dedicated, quiet home office setup suitable for professional calls
